InnerUs offers conversation prompts for couples. Version 2 is planned to include free conversations, an optional free week and a one-time purchase. These terms should be read alongside the licence that applies to your download.

About these terms and the App Store
These terms describe the planned InnerUs 2.0 experience. When you download the app through the App Store, the applicable App Store terms and licence also apply. Unless a custom licence is supplied in App Store Connect, Apple’s Standard EULA applies. These website terms do not replace it or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
What InnerUs is for
InnerUs provides conversation prompts and optional tools for keeping moments. It is intended for adult couples. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a crisis service. You can skip a question or stop a conversation whenever you choose. Record someone only with their agreement and respect their privacy when sharing.
Free content and purchases
For version 2, six conversations and quick questions are planned to remain free. An optional seven-day trial opens the collection; it is not an automatically renewing subscription and does not automatically charge you when it ends. The remaining 12 conversations are planned as a one-time in-app purchase. The intended price is €9.99 in Belgium and the Netherlands; the App Store displays the applicable price and purchase terms before you buy. Content and availability are subject to the final release.
Apple handles payment and purchase restoration. Use the same Apple Account and the app’s Restore purchases option. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and may not transfer to another account or platform. Customers who paid for a previous-version product may be eligible for the collection under the app’s legacy-access rules; restore using the same Apple Account. Cancel any existing subscription separately through Apple; installing version 2 does not itself cancel it.
Refunds and consumer rights
Apple handles App Store refund requests; visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to a remedy for faulty digital content and, in some circumstances, a right to withdraw. Those rights are not removed by these terms. Any exception for digital content depends on the applicable law and the consents and acknowledgements obtained during purchase.
Your moments and the app’s content
Your notes and recordings remain yours. The app stores them locally and, if enabled, in your private iCloud. We cannot restore content that exists only on your device or in your private iCloud. You can export your moments; check the resulting file and keep your own copies safe. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion.
The app’s questions, illustrations, design and other content belong to InnerUs or its licensors. Your use is governed by the applicable app licence and law.
Devices, updates and availability
Version 2 is being prepared for iPhone. Some features depend on a compatible device, operating system, language, Apple Account or iCloud availability. On-device transcription and suggested drafts are optional and may be unavailable or inaccurate; you can use manual notes and recordings. We may update the app and content. Availability can be affected by the App Store, your device, iCloud or circumstances outside our control. Nothing here limits any mandatory right to updates or remedies for defective digital content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date when we do. Applicable law may require notice or give you rights when terms change. For questions, email info@innerus.app.

Deze voorwaarden en de App Store
Deze voorwaarden beschrijven de geplande ervaring van InnerUs 2.0. Download je de app via de App Store, dan gelden ook de toepasselijke App Store-voorwaarden en licentie. Tenzij een eigen licentie in App Store Connect is opgegeven, geldt Apples standaard-EULA. Deze websitevoorwaarden vervangen die niet en beperken je dwingende consumentenrechten niet.
Waarvoor InnerUs bedoeld is
InnerUs biedt gespreksvragen en optionele hulpmiddelen om momenten te bewaren. De app is bedoeld voor volwassen koppels. InnerUs is geen therapie, begeleiding, medisch advies of crisisdienst. Je kunt altijd een vraag overslaan of het gesprek stoppen. Neem iemand alleen op met diens instemming en respecteer diens privacy bij het delen.
Gratis inhoud en aankopen
Voor versie 2 is voorzien dat zes gesprekken en snelle vragen gratis blijven. Een optionele proefweek van zeven dagen opent de collectie; dit is geen automatisch verlengend abonnement en na afloop wordt niet automatisch iets aangerekend. De overige twaalf gesprekken zijn voorzien als eenmalige aankoop in de app. De beoogde prijs is € 9,99 in België en Nederland; de App Store toont de toepasselijke prijs en aankoopvoorwaarden voordat je koopt. Inhoud en beschikbaarheid hangen af van de definitieve release.
Apple regelt de betaling en het herstel van aankopen. Gebruik dezelfde Apple Account en de optie Herstel aankopen in de app. Aankopen vallen onder Apples voorwaarden en gaan mogelijk niet mee naar een ander account of platform. Wie betaalde voor een product uit de vorige versie komt mogelijk in aanmerking voor de collectie volgens de regels voor bestaande klanten; herstel met dezelfde Apple Account. Een bestaand abonnement moet je afzonderlijk via Apple opzeggen; de installatie van versie 2 zegt het niet automatisch op.
Terugbetaling en consumentenrechten
Apple behandelt terugbetalingsverzoeken voor de App Store; ga naar reportaproblem.apple.com of neem contact op met Apple. Afhankelijk van waar je woont kun je rechten hebben bij gebrekkige digitale inhoud en in bepaalde gevallen een herroepingsrecht. Deze voorwaarden nemen die rechten niet weg. Een uitzondering voor digitale inhoud hangt af van de toepasselijke wet en van de toestemming en bevestiging die bij de aankoop zijn verkregen.
Je momenten en de inhoud van de app
Je notities en opnames blijven van jou. De app bewaart ze lokaal en, indien ingeschakeld, in je privé-iCloud. Wij kunnen inhoud die alleen op je toestel of in je privé-iCloud staat niet herstellen. Je kunt je momenten exporteren; controleer het bestand en bewaar je eigen kopieën veilig. Het privacybeleid legt opslag en verwijdering uit.
De vragen, illustraties, vormgeving en andere inhoud van de app zijn van InnerUs of zijn licentiegevers. Je gebruik valt onder de toepasselijke app-licentie en wetgeving.
Toestellen, updates en beschikbaarheid
Versie 2 wordt voorbereid voor iPhone. Sommige functies zijn afhankelijk van een geschikt toestel, besturingssysteem, taal, Apple Account of de beschikbaarheid van iCloud. Transcriptie op het toestel en voorgestelde concepten zijn optioneel en kunnen ontbreken of fouten bevatten; je kunt zelf noteren en opnemen. We kunnen de app en inhoud bijwerken. Beschikbaarheid kan afhangen van de App Store, je toestel, iCloud of omstandigheden buiten onze controle. Dit beperkt geen dwingend recht op updates of een oplossing bij gebrekkige digitale inhoud.
Wijzigingen en contact
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen en wijzigen dan de datum. De toepasselijke wet kan vereisen dat we je informeren of kan je rechten geven bij wijzigingen. Voor vragen mail je naar info@innerus.app.
